About Me

Hi, I’m Laural—an instructional designer who is passionate about creating learning experiences that help people grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I focus on making learning both accessible and meaningful, so it supports real progress for individuals and organizations.

I design learning experiences the way a honeycomb is built: intentional, structured, collaborative, and focused on growth. My goal is to help learners feel capable, curious, and confident as they build knowledge one step at a time. Learning should feel like meaningful progress, not a task to complete. I believe in hive-style teamwork where each person brings their own strengths, and together we create solutions that help every learner succeed.

My process begins with understanding people, their goals, challenges, and motivations. I use these insights to design learning solutions that align with organizational outcomes, ensuring clarity, relevance, and purpose. Grounded in learning science and guided by the ADDIE model, I create experiences that are thoughtful, adaptable, and engaging.

Collaboration is central to my work. I value the perspectives of learners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. I see my role as connecting knowledge to real performance—designing learning that informs, supports, and inspires continuous growth.
